Delivery Times
- For shipments within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the estimated delivery time is 1 to 15 business days.
- Exact delivery times are specified in the product details.
Shipping Details
- Processing time: 1 business daya
- Shipping time: 2 to 9 business days (Monday to Saturday, depending on the product)
- Security: For in-store pickup, customers must present a valid ID card or passport.
Delivery & Pickup Options
- All available options can be found in our online shop under “Delivery & Pickup”.
- Products purchased through partner retailers on shopgalaxy.ch can only be shipped.
Delivery Address
- The delivery address must be located in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
- If the address is not easily accessible, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs.
- For the “Delivery to point of use” option, the customer must ensure that the delivery path (e.g., staircases, doorways) is wide enough. If delivery to the point of use is not possible, any extra costs will be charged to the customer.
Missed Deliveries
- If the delivery cannot be accepted at the agreed time, Dubai Jewellery GmbH (or the retailer) may cancel the contract and charge the customer for the delivery costs and any potential loss in value.
In-Store Pickup
- If the customer does not collect their ordered products within 14 calendar days after receiving the pickup notification, Dubai Jewellery GmbH reserves the right to cancel the contract.
